Do you sell internationally?

Yes I do. The delivery charges (postage and packaging) listed on my website  apply for UK mainland only. Additional charges will apply for some remote areas and the Highlands and Islands. Overseas enquiries are welcomed. Please contact me first for a quote for delivery. 

Do you sell to Trade?

Yes, as well as through my online shop and at trade show I also sell my work through shops and galleries

Are the pots suitable for everyday use?

Yes, both the porcelain and wood fired saltglazed pots are intended to be enjoyed and used.  

All are dishwasher safe. 

When buying online will I receive the exact piece I have seen in the photo?

The challenge and joy of wood firing is each firing is slightly different and each pot within it cannot be re-produced exactly.  All wood-fired salt glazed pots are photographed individually, and are sold as one-off pieces. When buying any of my wood-fired salt glaze pots you will receive the exact piece photographed.

With the porcelain pots I am able to make to set sizes and the glazes are predictable and reliable. Although each piece is slightly different (as they are all hand-thrown and glazed) they will be very similar to the pot featured and described in the listing.  

Can I visit the studio?

Yes, you are welcome to visit the studio in Ledbury by appointment. A few times a year myself and the 6 other makers at Bankside Studios open the workshop to the public for sales and demonstrations. 

I put a pot in my basket online, but by the time I went to pay a message says the piece is no longer available?

I am aware of this and this issue is beyond my control. Although placed in the customers online basket, the piece is available on the website to others until it has been paid for. Sorry for any disappointment.
