These simple ovenproof ramekins are versatile pots, perfect for baking individual starters, crème brûlées and soufflés served straight to the dining table. I make these a more generous size than the generic. They also come in handy in the kitchen for holding ingredients whilst cooking or simply use to serve olives or spicy dips.
These pots are part of my porcelain range, I make them to set sizes, weighing the clay and carefully measuring with callipers as I go. As they are hand-thrown they are all subtly different and may vary slightly from the pieces featured in the photos.

Sizes
50mm high x 115mm wide. Sizes may vary a little as all pots are hand thrown.
Glaze
Celadon- very pale green.
Soft White - close to the colour of the clay body.
Tenmoku - varying in tone piece to piece, from very dark to lustrous brown.
Use
All porcelain pots are high fired, microwave, oven and dishwasher proof.
